Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Site you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you can legally enter into a binding agreement where you live. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18.

PsychicLand is a platform that lets you discover independent readers (including tarot readers, astrologers and intuitive advisors) ("Readers"), read free content such as horoscopes and articles, and book sessions with Readers.

All readings, horoscopes, articles and other content on PsychicLand are provided for entertainment and personal insight only. They are not predictions of the future that can be relied upon, and we make no promise that any reading will be accurate, or that any event will or will not occur.

Readings and content are NOT medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice. Do not use them as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Do not make major decisions (including about your health, relationships, money, employment or legal matters) based solely on a reading. You are responsible for your own decisions.

If you are in distress or having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away. In Australia, you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or emergency services on 000.

Readers are independent practitioners, not our employees. Each Reader is responsible for the content and quality of their readings. We vet Readers before listing them, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, results or suitability of any reading, and we are not responsible for what a Reader says or does outside the standards in these Terms.

Readers who list on PsychicLand agree not to: guarantee outcomes; predict death, illness or legal results; give medical, legal or financial instructions; pressure customers to buy extra services or pay more; ask customers for money outside bookings made through PsychicLand; or ask for passwords, banking details or other sensitive information. If you experience any of this, please report it to psychicland.official@gmail.com and we will investigate and may remove the Reader.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site before you book. Taxes and payment processing fees may apply. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

When you book, you will choose a time and your booking will be confirmed once payment is received and the Reader accepts. Time zones are your responsibility to check at booking. Please attend your session on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the Reader may treat the session as completed.

Our Refund Policy at psychicland.com/refunds forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

You agree to: provide accurate information; be respectful to Readers and other users; not harass, abuse or threaten anyone; not record a session without the Reader's consent; not use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful; not attempt to hack, disrupt or scrape the Site; not impersonate anyone; and not use the Site or readings to harm yourself or others.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, design, horoscopes and articles, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit it without our written permission.

Some links on the Site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up or buy through them. This does not cost you extra. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products or services, and your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Our liability is limited as set out below. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or condition, implied or imposed by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits or data, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a reading, horoscope or other content. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for the relevant service.

You agree to compensate us for any loss we suffer because of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

We may change the Site, our services or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. By continuing to use the Site after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, without limiting any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
