We want you to feel good about every reading on PsychicLand.
Reader no-shows
If your reader doesn't attend your scheduled session, you'll get a full refund or a free rebooking, your choice.
Technical problems
If a technical issue on our side prevents the session from taking place, you'll get a full refund or a free rebooking.
First-reading satisfaction
If you're not satisfied with your first reading with us, contact us within 48 hours with a short explanation and we'll review your request and may offer a partial or full refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule for a full refund up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Please note
Readings are for entertainment and personal insight. We cannot refund sessions simply because events did not turn out as you hoped, since readings are not guarantees.
How to request a refund
Email psychicland.official@gmail.com with your booking details. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
