Information you give us: your name, email address, booking details, messages you send us, and information you share with a Reader during a booking.

Payment information: payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We receive confirmation of payment, amount and limited details, but we do not store your full card number.

Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (from IP address), referring site, and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Communications: emails and messages you send to us.

We ask you not to share sensitive information (such as health, financial or identity details) unless you choose to, and we do not ask you for passwords or banking information.

We use your information to: provide and manage bookings; process payments; send booking confirmations and service messages; send newsletters and horoscopes if you have signed up; improve and secure the Site; respond to enquiries and support requests; prevent fraud and misuse; and meet legal obligations.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will email you horoscopes, tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work and to understand how it is used. Analytics cookies are only loaded after you accept them through our cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing your browser data or using the cookie settings link on the Site. Most browsers also let you block cookies, though parts of the Site may not work properly.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run PsychicLand, including: website hosting (Vercel); booking tools (Cal.com); email marketing (MailerLite); payment providers (Stripe, PayPal); analytics (Google Analytics); and database and authentication providers (Supabase), where used. We also share the details needed to hold a session with the Reader you book. Providers may process data under their own privacy terms.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business sale or restructure.

We are based in Australia and our providers may store or process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer your information abroad, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled in line with this policy.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution needs. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Booking and payment records are kept as required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure connections (HTTPS) and limiting access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent (for example, to marketing); and receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email psychicland.official@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Australia, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

PsychicLand is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to other websites, including affiliate partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice on the Site or by email.
